                         OPENING OF SPREADSHEET                                                            MS-EXCEL 2010 needs Window 7 as operating system to run on an IBM PC .However, Excel 2010 can also be run on Windows XP operating system, if service pack 3 is installed on Windows XP.                                            SPREADSHEET INTRODUCTION  Spreadsheet applications (sometimes referred to simply as spreadsheets) are computer programs that let you create and manipulate spreadsheets electronically . In a spreadsheet application, each value sits in a cell . You can define what type of data is in each cell and how different cell depend on one another. The relationships between cells are called formulas , and the names of the cells are called labels . A table of values are arranged in rows and columns. Each value can have a predefined relationship to the other values. If you change one value, therefore you may need to change other value as well,  or they will change automatically. Introduction of E-Mail E-Mail is also known as electronic mail . It is equivalent of sending a letter though the mail.Primary component of the Electronic Mail system is a post office , it is an area on the shared hard disk that is reserved for mail. This post office serves as the central message holder and has both "in" and "out" baskets for each user . To send a message a link is established between the sender's  "out "basket and the addressee's "in" basket. The method for receiving mail depends on the sophistication of the system.
