                                   EXCEL PART -3 In this blog I share you the following topics: Printing a  Spreadsheet  Addressing of Cell  Manipulation of Cell   Printing a  Spreadsheet  The simplest way to print any opened worksheet is to choose Print option from the Backstage view , click Print Preview. In Excel you can print partial or entire worksheet & workbooks one at a time or several at once . Follow Steps: Open the Worksheet that you want to print.                          OPENING OF SPREADSHEET                                                            MS-EXCEL 2010 needs Window 7 as operating system to run on an IBM PC .However, Excel 2010 can also be run on Windows XP operating system, if service pack 3 is installed on Windows XP. To start Excel 2010 in Window 7, do this : Click the START button on the taskbar, highlight ALL PROGRAMS , click Microsoft Office and then click Microsoft Excel 2010.
